By requesting or purchasing a product, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

Our services are operated by Group Stravex LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, and business address at 2335 E. Atlantic Blvd, Ste 200, Pompano Beach, FL 33062.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our products. Access to purchased products is personal and non-transferable.

We do not operate an instant checkout. To buy, you email stravexgroup@gmail.com naming the product you want. We reply with a few short questions and, if the product is suitable for you, we send an official Stripe payment link for the exact price published on our Products page (US$39, US$47, US$77 or US$127, one-time, in US dollars).

All card payments are processed by Stripe. Group Stravex LLC does not receive or store card data. Prices are confirmed in writing before any charge is made, and we may decline an order.

All products are digital. After the payment clears, we send your files, access link or platform credentials by email to the address you provided, within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped physically.

If you have not received your delivery within 24 hours, email stravexgroup@gmail.com and we will resolve it or refund you.

All product content, videos, applications, workbooks, trademarks and materials are owned by Group Stravex LLC or licensed to it. You may use them for your personal learning only. Reproducing, sharing, reselling or publicly distributing any material without written authorization is prohibited.

You agree not to share your access credentials, record or redistribute content, attempt to bypass security measures, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation.

Our materials are educational and informational. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and we do not guarantee specific financial or professional outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Group Stravex LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The updated version is published on this page with a new revision date and applies from the moment of publication.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
