Refund Policy

Every digital product sold by Group Stravex LLC is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date your payment is confirmed. Within that window you may request a full refund for any reason, with no justification required.

Send an email to luizrtdias@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with the subject "Refund request", including your full name, the product purchased and the purchase date.

We confirm receipt within one business day and let you know as soon as the refund has been submitted to the payment provider.

Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 5 business days. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and usually takes one to two billing cycles.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used in the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.

Once a refund is approved, access to the platform, applications and downloadable materials related to that purchase is revoked, and any continued use of previously downloaded content is not authorized.

For mentorship programs, the guarantee applies while no more than one individual session has been delivered. After that, refunds are calculated proportionally to the sessions still remaining.

Requests made after the 7-day period, purchases made through unauthorized resellers, and cases of proven abuse — such as redistribution of content or repeated buy-and-refund behavior — may be declined.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are solved faster directly with our support team, and an open dispute can delay the resolution of your case.
